iSky Telecomm Enterprises – Independent Contractor Policy Overview


1. Purpose of This Policy

This overview outlines the general expectations, professional standards, and compliance requirements for individuals performing enrollment, outreach, or distribution activities on behalf of iSky Telecomm Enterprises (“the Company”). It is intended to promote transparency and ensure all representatives understand their responsibilities when participating in federally regulated programs such as Lifeline and ACP.

This is not the full contractor agreement. All approved representatives will receive the complete contract during onboarding.


2. Independent Contractor Status

All representatives operate as independent contractors, not employees.
Contractors are responsible for:

  • Managing their own schedules
  • Providing their own transportation and equipment
  • Following all federal, state, and company compliance rules
  • Reporting their activity accurately and honestly

No contractor shall represent themselves as an employee or agent of any federal program.


3. Program Compliance Requirements

Contractors must:

  • Follow all FCC and USAC guidelines
  • Verify customer eligibility truthfully
  • Never submit fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading enrollments
  • Never take a customer’s device without authorization
  • Protect customer information as required by federal privacy laws

Any violation of compliance rules can result in immediate termination from the program and potential legal consequences.


4. Inventory Responsibilities

Contractors may be issued inventory such as SIM cards, mobile devices, tablets, or accessories.

General rules:

  • All assigned inventory must be accounted for at all times
  • Daily reporting of activations may be required
  • Missing or unreturned inventory may result in financial responsibility
  • Inventory must be returned immediately upon request or termination

The full inventory policy is included in the complete contractor agreement provided during onboarding.


5. Activity Reporting

Contractors may be required to report:

  • Daily activation activity
  • Assigned inventory status
  • Basic customer enrollment data (non-sensitive)

This ensures accuracy in commission processing and compliance with vendor reporting requirements.


6. Compensation Overview

Compensation varies by campaign, carrier, and performance metrics.
Rates and structures are not published publicly and will be disclosed:

  • During onboarding
  • In the contractor agreement
  • Inside the contractor portal (when activated)

All payments are contingent on valid, approved activations and compliance with program rules.


7. Conduct & Professional Standards

Contractors must maintain professional behavior at all times:

  • No aggressive sales tactics
  • No unauthorized device exchanges
  • No misrepresentation of benefits
  • No altering or falsifying customer information

Any conduct harmful to the reputation of iSky Telecomm Enterprises or its partners may result in termination.


8. Termination of Engagement

iSky Telecomm Enterprises reserves the right to terminate a contractor’s participation at any time for:

  • Violations of compliance rules
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Failure to return inventory
  • Misconduct
  • Repeated failure to follow company procedures

All outstanding obligations continue after termination until settled.
