Program Availability & Eligibility

Service availability, device models, plan features, and compensation may vary by carrier and state and are subject to change without notice. Eligibility typically depends on income level and/or participation in qualifying assistance programs (e.g., CalFresh/SNAP, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance). Applicants may be required to provide proof of identity, address, income, and/or program participation.

Note: Availability of any additional federal connectivity benefit programs (e.g., ACP or successor programs) depends on current federal funding and program status; offerings may be paused or discontinued by regulators.

Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during enrollment and notify the carrier of any eligibility changes.
Only one Lifeline discount is permitted per household (not per person); benefits are non-transferable.
Annual recertification may be required by the carrier/USAC to keep service active.
