Since 2020, iSky Telecomm Enterprise has been actively involved in the Lifeline and government benefit telecom industry — starting in Las Vegas, serving Arizona, and now building one of the most trusted Lifeline enrollment centers in California.
Over the past five years, we have worked with multiple Eligible Telecommunications Carriers (ETCs), gaining field experience, understanding customer challenges, and seeing first-hand how different carriers operate. This experience helps us deliver better support, better training, and a more reliable customer journey today.
Our Lifeline Journey (2020–2025)

2020 – Las Vegas, Nevada
Entered the Lifeline industry as a field agent, learning enrollment, verification, and on-site customer service from the ground up. -
2021 – Nevada & Arizona
Expanded into multiple states, promoted to team lead and manager, and helped build strong field teams averaging 50–70 activations per week at peak. -
2022 – Las Vegas (DBA Registered)
Officially registered the DBA iSky Telecomm Enterprise and began operating under this name in Nevada. -
2023 – Multi-Carrier Operations
Worked with a wide range of Lifeline and ACP providers (listed below), gaining deep experience with different portals, eligibility rules, and activation workflows. -
2024 – Relocation to California
Moved the business to California, transferred the iSky Telecomm DBA, and began building a permanent presence in Sacramento and later Alameda. -
2025 – Alameda, California (Current)
Operating from a professional office in Alameda and growing iSky Telecomm as a multi-carrier Lifeline enrollment center serving the Greater Bay Area and beyond.
