As a Lifeline Enrollment Manager, you help low-income individuals access free government phone service. You bring customers to your location, verify documents, submit applications, and activate phones. This role blends community service with real earning potential.

What You’ll Do – Your Role at iSky Telecomm

  • Assist customers with eligibility and enrollment
  • Activate phone/SIMs for qualified applicants
  • Recruit, train, and manage Lifeline enrollment agents
  • Set up daily field locations in approved areas
  • Ensure all applications are compliant and complete
  • Report daily numbers to HQ
  • Support your team in the field and grow your region
  • Support on-site office operations
  • Provide outreach to local communities, shelter, apartments, and events

Pay Structure – Earn Steady Weekly Income

This is a performance-driven, high-earning role.

  • Weekly pay on every compliant activation
  • Team override bonuses on your agents activations
  • 1099 contractor – no income cap
  • Top managers earn $1,500 – $3,000= per week depending on volume

What We’re Looking For – Who Thrives in This Role?

  • Reliable, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Experience in Lifeline, wireless, or field sales (preferred but not required)
  • Strong leadership mindset – can manage 5 – 10+ agents
  • Smartphone + reliable transportation
  • Comfortable talking to people and working outdoors
  • Able to travel to Alameda office when needed
  • Must have valid ID
